Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Systems

FFS technology forms the bag from a roll of film, fills it with the product and seals it automatically in a continuous process.

These systems are particularly suitable for powders and dry bulk materials, providing efficient packaging, consistent bag dimensions and reduced manual handling.

De-aeration and product densification systems can also be incorporated for low-density powders to produce more compact and stable bags.

Open-Mouth Bagging Systems
